EILEEN (PACALA) FOUTS

Eileen F. Fouts Sept. 2, 1941 - May 23, 2014 GRANGER - Eileen Frances Fouts, 72, of Granger died Friday, May 23, in her residence surrounded by her loving family. Eileen was born Sept. 2, 1941, in South Bend, to the late Mearl (Freels) and Edward F. Pacala, and had lived in Granger since returning from California in 2003.

She is survived by a son, Jay F. Fouts of Orange County, CA; two grandchildren, Jason F. Fouts and Heather J. Fouts; and her sister, Judith A. Anderson (Michael) of Granger. She was preceded in death in 1989 by a son, Jon F. Fouts.

Eileen was a graduate of the former South Bend Central High School.

She retired in 1992 as a Legal Assistant to W.R. Hervey, Attorney in Orange County, CA, after 30 years employment. She was a member of Peace Lutheran Church, Granger. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the Center for Hospice Care for their loving and wonderful care.

Private, family graveside services will be held at a later date at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. Memorial contributions may be made to the Center for Hospice Care, 501 Comfort Pl., Mishawaka, IN 46545. Welsheimer Family Funeral Home and Crematory are assisting the family with arrangements.
