Charles John Jeske

SOUTH BEND - Charles John Jeske, 87, passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at his residence. Charles was born July 30, 1929 in South Bend, IN., the son of Amel and Elizabeth Jeske.

He graduated from Central High School and later served in the U.S. Army. He retired from AM General in 1991.

He was preceded in death by his wife Delores Ruth (Mantei) Jeske on November 15, 2007. Also preceding him in death are his brothers Robert Jeske and James Jeske. Survivors include his daughters, Charleigh Jeske (Paul) Shayne and Chantal Jeske (Joseph) Ratini, grandson, James Ratini and sister, Louise (Jeske) Karkiewicz. A celebration of life for Charles will be held at 4:00pm on Tuesday, December 27th, 2016 at Bubb Funeral Chapel, 3910 North Main Street, Mishawaka, Indiana. Friends will be received one hour prior to the services. If desired, donations in lieu of flowers, may be made to the Hospice House, 111 Sunnybrook Court, South Bend 46637.
