SOUTH BEND - Sharla A. Tubbs, 69, died on Feb. 1, in the Cardinal Nursing Home. She was born on July 18, 1938, the third child of Charles and Nora (Berkey) Tubbs, and lived in South Bend all her life. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Dennis Tubbs.
She is survived by sisters, Noreen Tubbs, and Nancy Luzny; a nephew, Brian (Thalia) Luzny, and their children, Brianne, Elijah and Isaiah; cousins, Mary Tubbs Karczewski and Patrick (Nancy) Tubbs.
