Margaret Jean (Orcutt) Brandt

Mooresville - Margaret Jean (Orcutt) Brandt, 95, passed away peacefully on 11/16/21 in Mooresville, Indiana. She was born in South Bend, IN, to Robert D. and Margaret E. (Rittinger) Orcutt, and graduated from South Bend Central H.S. (1943) and Indiana University, Bloomington.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Roy G. Brandt; their son, Thomas Sheldon; her brother, John R. Orcutt; and a granddaughter, Emily Bonnell. She is survived by their four daughters: Ellen (Dennis) Followwill of Colleyville, TX; Louisa (Bruce) Walthers of Evergreen, CO; Rebecca (Jay) Engle of Mooresville, IN; and Roberta (Michael) Conley of Greenwood, IN; along with seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A private family service will be held in South Bend at a later date.
