Margaret L. Towler, 82, Kokomo, passed away at 9:45AM Monday, February 15, 2010 at her residence. She was born April 27, 1927 in Oklahoma to the late Ray and Hallie Goddard. She was married to John Frank Towler, who has preceded her in death.

Margaret graduated from South Bend Central High School in 1945, then had worked at T-Way Department Store in Indiana and Ohio, as well as worked at the Center Township Trustee Department for several years here in Kokomo. She also was a member of the Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer.

Surviving are her three children and spouses, Michael and Judy Moore, Luana and Jerry Mitchell, Reta Gail Moore, all of Kokomo, grandchildren and spouses, Vicki and Jim Elliott, Kokomo, Melissa and Ryan Flora, Noblesville, Lora and Dwayne Crowley, Florida, Sam Mitchell, Lafayette, Jeramie Mitchell, St. Louis, Robin and Steve Brewer, Sharpsville, John Moore, North Carolina, Tricia Vallini, North Carolina, Lenna Moore, Kokomo, and eleven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her children’s father, Delford Moore, who passed away in 1975 in Kokomo, two sons, Daniel Moore, of Kokomo, and Patrick Moore, of Hickory, North Carolina.
