Robert Keith Greene
Robert Keith Greene, 65, of South Bend passed away suddenly on Thursday April 30th in his residence.
He was born on October 8, 1949 in Caribou, MA to the late Robert and Elsie F. (Back) Greene..
Robert retired from the South Bend Tribune after several years as the Circulation and Marketing Manager.
He is survived by one son, Gregory C. Greene of Mt. Pleasant, MI; four step-sons, Todd Ross of Elkhart, IN, Tracy Ross, Troy Ross both of Granger, IN, and Tyler Ross of Edwardsburg, MI; one sister, Frances (Stephen) Durako of Silver Spring, MD; and one niece, Sarah M. Greene of Seattle, WA.
Robert enjoyed drawing, reading, all sports and doing volunteer work at the St. Joseph County Library and Memorial Hospital.
A Celebration of Robert’s Life will be held Thursday, May 7th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Hanley and Sons Funeral Home located at 23421 State Road 23/Ireland Road, South Bend.
The family requests that all memorial contributions be made to The Center for Hospice and Palliative Care, Inc., 111 Sunnybrook Court, South Bend, IN 46637.

Retired from the S.B. Tribune as Circulation and Marketing Mgr. A very talented artist and avid reader. Bob was always a good guy and a friend to all. Volunteered at the the St. Joseph Co Library and Memorial Hospital The class of "68" definitely feels the loss of this good Classmate!
