GRANGER, IN - Marjorie Ann Brentlinger, age 77, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at Sanctuary at St. Paul's in South Bend, IN. Marjorie was born on September 27, 1941 in South Bend to Raymond and Arretta (Stacy) McKenzie, both of whom preceded her in death.

Marjorie is survived by her sons, Ron (Melissa) Brentlinger of Granger, IN and Rick (Michell) Brentlinger of Three Rivers, MI; six grandchildren, Jake (Gladys) Brentlinger, Josh Brentlinger, Connor Brentlinger, Ethan Brentlinger, Michael (Danielle) Straub, and Alecia Straub; seven great-grandchildren; sisters: Barbara Brookshire of Arvada, CO; Lorraine Bliley and Kathy (Paul) Miller, both of Mishawaka, IN; and twin sister, Carole (Dean) Anderson of Granger, IN; brothers, Fred (Kath) McKenzie of Lipan, TX and Curt (Sandy) McKenzie of Niles, MI; and thirty-one nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Marjorie was preceded in death by her sister, Joyce McCaw, and her brother, Bob McKenzie.

Marjorie graduated from Central High School in South Bend in 1960. She was employed at White Farm Equipment and as a teller at Notre Dame Federal Credit Union. She loved to bowl, participating in the nationals every year with her sisters. She was also an avid golfer and dancer. She loved her family and enjoyed outings with them.

Funeral Services for Marjorie will be held at 11:00am on Monday, October 22, 2018 at Palmer Funeral Homes-Hickey Chapel, 17131 Cleveland Road, South Bend, IN. Pastor Josh Wiggins of Edwards Corners Bible Church in Marcellus, MI, will officiate. Graveside services and burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Osceola, IN. Friends may visit with the family from 3:00-7:00pm on Sunday, October 21 at the funeral home as well as from 10:00-11:00am on Monday prior to services.
