Erika Maria Cotton

April 6, 1944 - Dec. 8, 1999

Erika K. Cotton, 55, died at Norton Suburban Hospital, Louisville, Ky., on Wednesday, Dec. 8.

She was the former Erika Koszegi, a native of Hungary, a Patient Rehabilitation Counselor for the Kentucky Department of Education Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, a member of the National and Kentucky Rehabilitation Associations, River Fields, the Catholic Church of the Epiphany, and a school volunteer and member of the School of the Art Trust in Chicago, Ill.

She is survived by her husband, David F. Cotton, Jr.; a daughter, Analese K. Cotton; her mother, Gabriella Koszegi of South Bend, Ind.; and by a brother, George Koszegi of South Bend.

Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 18, at her church, 914 Old Harrods Creek Road, Anchorage, KY 40223. A private burial was held at Cave Hill Cemetery, Louisville.

Arrangements were handled by Pearson Ratterman Brothers Funeral Home, 12900 Shelbyville Road, Louisville, KY 40243.

Memorial gifts may be made to The Ovarian Cancer National Alliance or the cancer charity of choice.
