DALLAS, TX - Graveside services for Helmut Haefke, 60, of Dallas, TX, will be 10:30 a.m. today (Thursday, March 20) at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery.
Helmut passed away March 16, 2008, in Dallas, Texas. He was born to Adolf and Leonide Radke Haefke on March 7, 1948, in Lebenstadt, Germany. He married Janice Brown August 18, 1985, in Grand Prairie, Texas.
Left behind to cherish his memory are sons, Paul Patterson of Dallas, Chrisopher Patterson of Salt Lake City, UT, Christofer McMann and his wife, Valery of Danville, KY, Benjamin McMann and his wife, Cindy of Dallas; mother, Leonide Nida Haefke of South Bend IN; grandchildren, Evan and Alex McMann; brothers, Robert Eric Haefke and his wife, Luce of Atlanta, GA; a sister, Adrianne Ingrid Haney and her husband, Jim of Milwaukee, WI; nephew, Justin Haney, and nieces, Jillian Haney, Jordan Cone and her husband, Bryce.
Helmut was preceded in death by his wife, Janice Charlene Haefke; father. Adolf Haefke; and by a brother, Patrick Randolf Haefke.
