GRADY B. ROSS

SOUTH BEND - Grady B. Ross, 61, passed away Sunday, August 1, 2010, after a long illness. Grady was born on May 31, 1949, to Rose Ross in South Bend, IN. He graduated from Central High School in South Bend, IN, and received his Associate Degree from Michigan State. In 2001 he received another Associate Degree from Ivy Tech in South Bend, IN. He most recently worked security at Ivy Tech and the Madison Center in South Bend, IN.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Rose Ross Dungey, and uncle, Ollie Ross.

He leaves to cherish his memory his longtime, devoted friend, Hortense Taylor, Gary, IN; aunts, Geneva Ross and Corrine Ross, both of South Bend, IN; cousins, Beatrice (Luke) Tyson and Viola Maddox of South Bend, IN; and a host of relatives and friends.

Visitation and funeral services will be Wednesday, August 18, 2010. Visitation will be from noon to 1:00 p.m. immediately followed by the memorial services at 1:00 p.m. in St. Augustine Church, 1501 Washington St., South Bend, IN. Grady will be deeply missed by his loving family and friends.
