Rolland Stephen Cabana

SOUTH BEND - Rolland S. "Butch" Cabana Sr., 72, residing in South Bend, passed away at 4:10 pm Sunday, February 19, 2012, in Auguste's Cottage at Cardinal Nursing and Rehab.
He was born in South Bend on August 1, 1939, to the late Rolland E. and Selma Clara "Bonnie" (Stephan) Cabana, and remained a lifelong resident.
On August 23, 1958, in South Bend, Butch married the former Marilyn J. Krueger, who survives. Butch was a sales rep for Stanz Cheese Food Service for 40 years and then worked for the South Bend Community School Corporation for 3 years. He was a longtime member of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church. In addition to his loving wife, Marilyn of South Bend, Butch is survived by one daughter, Lori J. (Don) Sroda of Osceola; one son, Rolland S. "Butch" (Barbara) Cabana Jr. of South Bend; one grandchild, Stefanie Cabana; and two step-grandchildren, Donald and Brandon Sroda.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Lois J. Skelton.
